ASSASSIN’S CREED MIRAGE FANART CONTEST

DESCRIPTION

We are proud to announce a new Fanart Contest here at Access The Animus!

The subject of the contest will be “Assassin’s Creed Mirage”.

Let your imagination run wild and create your fanart about Assassin’s Creed Mirage. You are free to explore every single aspect of the new game without restrictions of style or topic!

The three winning artworks will be printed, sent to the Assassin’s Creed Mirage development team and displayed at the Ubisoft Bordeaux studio!


OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    The Assassin’s Creed Mirage Contest is opened to anyone: there are no limitations of geographical area.


  2. COMPETITION

    1. Submissions

      Participants can enter their artwork from Wednesday, October 26th 2022 to Sunday, November 20th 2022 at 23.59 CET Time.

    2. Voting process

      On Monday November 21th, all the eligible artworks will be posted on a dedicated channel on our Discord Server. Fans will be able to vote for their favourite artworks by reacting to them.

      At the same time, the artworks will also be submitted to judges from the Assassin’s Creed artistic community and they will give a vote to each of them.

      The voting process will last until Tuesday, November 29th at 23.59 PM CET both for the community and the judges.

      The judges for the contest will be:

      VALERIA FAVOCCIA (Lux), Italian Comic Artist born in 1988, mostly known for their works on Doctor Who, Assassin's Creed, (both for Titan Comics), Stranger Things (Dark Horse Comics) and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom!Studios).
      They love unicorns, F1, and playing videogames.

      SEBASTIAN DELL'ARIA, llustrator and portraitist, he collaborated with Marvel as Cover Artist and with the Cassero center in Bologna for an exhibition on the Holocaust called "Rosacenere".
      Curator for Memento Gallery, he has been the author for the Assassin's Creed Symphony official poster and most importantly, he is the creator of the Assassin's Creed Sisterhood Logo, also used as a tattoo in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

      CHARIFLAME (Fae), Freelance artist and longtime community member, Fae has been making Assassin's Creed art and cosplay for over a decade. In that time she has collaborated with Ubisoft and the community on projects such as official cosplay guides, in-game weapon designs, events, zines, and more.




    3. Announcement of the winners

      The winners will be announced on Wednesday, November 30th 2022.
      The reactions to the artworks on our Discord Server will amount to the 40% of the final score while the votes by the Judges will amount to the 60% of the total. In case of a tie, the community reactions on Discord will be the discerning factor.


  3. HOW TO ENTER

    1. To enter the contest, the participants need to publish their artwork on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram by just using the hashtag #ATALabsContest (so we can track them)or to send them via e-mail at the following address: contest@accesstheanimus.com

    2. There is no limit to the number of artworks submitted by a single artist but only one fanart per artist may be chosen as one of the winners: in that case, the number of reactions for each artwork on our Discord Server will be taken into consideration.

    3. In order to be eligible to participate, the fanart:

      • Must be an original picture (any style can be used, no style will be given preference over any other). The entry may not be owned, taken or edited by anyone other than you. Your entry must be original to you, created by you and owned by you. Making use of AI websites or tools is strictly forbidden and such pictures will be disqualified.

      • Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.

      • Must not contain any third-party materials, other than Assassin’s Creed related materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, drawings, cartoons, phrases, marks that identify a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity or make reference to any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, charities, slogans, political, or religious statements), or be otherwise objectionable.


    4. Entries that do not meet the specified requirements or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.


  4. WINNERS

    The three (3) winners will have their artworks printed and sent over to the Assassin's Creed Mirage Team at Ubisoft Bordeaux. If they like, the winners will also have the chance to write a short message for the developers.




  5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. It is forbidden to submit artworks fromt multiple accounts. Only one fanart per artist may be chosen as one of the winners.

    2. Entrants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Access The Animus will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Access The Animus are not responsible for entries that are sent but not received for any reason.

    3. By submitting Fanarts to Access The Animus, you represent and warrant that the Fanarts do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Fanarts to Access The Animus free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

    4. You acknowledge and agree that Access The Anumus shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Fanarts submitted by you.

    5. The Fanarts submitted as part of the contest will be judged entirely in the sole and absolute discretion of Access The Animus and the selected judges. Decisions by Access The Animus are final.

    6. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.

    7. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Access The Animus in their sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

    8. A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

    9. Access The Animus reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.

    10. Access The Animus reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.

    11. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.

    12. The personal data of the participants and winners will only be gathered, administered and used in connection with the competition and the delivery of the prizes.

    13. Participants grant – with the consent of their legal guardian if the user is of minor age – Access The Animus the right to distribute and publish the picture/s and make them available to the public. The participant also agrees to the publication of their nickname/full name (as chosen by themselves). The aforementioned activities will only be in line with the competition. Any pictures entered into the competition may be posted by Access The Animus online or in social networks. The aforementioned rights of use are granted to Access The Animus by the participant free of charge.

    14. By entering the contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions of this contest as well as by any rule specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

    15. Severability: If any part of these rules is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
