Eleven Years with Access The Animus!

It’s that time of the year! It’s May 11th and this means it’s time to celebrate Access The Animus’ (we’re shocked to say it) 11th anniversary! We can’t believe we have gotten this fare and this would have never been possible without the incredible, amazing support by each and every one of you. You guys are always the most important reason why we are doing all of this. It’s your passion, your comments, your day to day interactions that keep our flame alive and that push us to do our very best even through the trickiest of times. We did mention something similar in our sixth anniversary, but having to face a new year after the tenth one is tough, as it means looking at the future, trying to do our best as we did in the first ten years and aiming at even more anniversaries, all the while bringing you the most detailed and heartfelt content we can possibly create!  It has been a year of transition and refocusing because a lot has been going on in the life of our admins, so once again the ATA initiative has evolved while still holding on to its original pillars - sharing content and opinions with you all in the most “professional” and honest way possible - very similarly to how the main release of this year, Assassin’s Creed Mirage tried to hold on to the original pillars of the first Assassin’s Creed game while still bringing a modern approach to the franchise. It has also been a year full of collaborations for which we can’t thank enough all the people and groups that have supported us, from the Assassin’s Creed Community Team who helped us through many content creation opportunities like previews, reviews, interviews and giveaways, our friends at Aconyte Books, Dark Horse comics, Pure Arts, the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice team and all the other partnersthat collaborated
In fact this year we launched ATA’s Vortex Program, our content / guest collaboration program aimed at fans and friends who wanted to and still would like to help us create the best content for the community, and we already got so many articles from you focused on many different aspects of the franchise! On the ATA side of things we have once again focused on our traditional content in a more condensed way, with slightly fewer videos, articles and streams but more focused on quality and trying to bring you the best content we could craft, like our previews and reviews of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Assassin’s Creed Nexus and Assassin’s Creed Jade (it was so crazy to find out live the game had open world co-op!), our story analyses (and official interview!) on Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s ending,
And finally, as it happens every now and then in our anniversary articles, we wanted to use the occasion to acknowledge the time and effort put in the Access The Animus initiative by its team members. It’s been a very tough year for some of us and it’s getting tougher and tougher to keep up with the needs of the ATA intiative, but we really tried and still try to bring you our content to the best of our capabilities, and again, at the cost of repeating ourselves, this is all thanks to you guys and your support that is always fueling our fire. And on that note, a special mention and an even more special thanks goes to all our ATA Insiders and Initiates members from our Youtube channel that have been supporting and sustaining the initiative for months now, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! And now we can finally start the celebrations for our 11th anniversary! Be sure to follow us today as we have some content and surprises ready for you!
